COVID-19 Statement

The Directors at Diamond hope that you and your business are coping well with the impact of COVID-19.

At Diamond we pride ourselves on the excellent service we provide to our customers and want to reassure you that we are still able to provide our first-class service during the current period of disruption and uncertainty being caused by the coronavirus.

Please note that all our Technical Engineers and Field Service Engineers are available should you require their assistance.

We will continuously review the situation and will ensure that you are made aware of any key developments that may impact our service.

The Directors and staff at Diamond are working hard to adapt to the current situation, given that information is changing daily.  We will be following all the relevant advice from Public Health England and other Government departments.

We have a plan in place to ensure continuity of working effectively and while we have not yet been directly impacted by the virus, this is likely to change.

The current situation may mean that you are considering that your staff work remotely, the technology can be implemented (if you do not already have it in place).  We are available should you require advice or help to achieve what is best for your business.

Our aim is to continue to deliver our usual high standard of service and thank you for your patience and support during these difficult times.
