Business Development Manager

Due to continued growth Diamond Group is looking to recruit a dynamic, experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. The main focus of this role will be to identify and establish new business opportunities and develop existing relationships.

Essential Experience:

  • Have a proven track record of achieving new business sales targets

  • Experience of selling office based technology and developing people strategies

  • Experience of managing a diverse range clients

  • Ability to present at a senior level

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sustainable sales growth, whilst maximising Company profit and achieving Company sales targets.

  • Lead and develop Sales, PR and Marketing initiatives.

  • Seek out major clients and form working relationships with the premier buyers in the industry.

  • Accountable for accurate and on-time reporting, developing and managing accurate sales and revenue forecasting, planning and budgeting processes within the sales function by forming sales plans to adapt to shifts in the marketplace.

  • Target growth through extending current markets and developing new services and new markets.

  • Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales process within the company.

  • Identifying and reporting back on market trends.                                                              

The successful candidate will ideally, but not necessarily, have a proven track record in the technology sector, combined with exceptional people skills, determination and the will to succeed.
